This Air Line Repair Kit is a must for vehicles that utilize air locking differentials.
This convenient kit has all of the needed parts to repair a damaged air line and get you back out on the trail in minutes.

150 psi rated tank is ideal for air locker setups or running small air tools. Measuring 6″ x 24″, this tank can be easily mounted alongside or between frame rails. Five 1/4″ NPT openings allow mounting in any position.

Complete kit includes everything needed to install an air tank (Part # PA501) in your vehicle (tank sold separately).

These Pressure switches are for use with closed systems. The pressure switch will turn the compressor on and off at the predetermined pressures, depending on which compressor you are using.

We carry two different styles of tire chucks. Both styles are clip-on type, and are available as open or closed. The Standard Ball Chuck is included on our coil hoses (Part No. PA505) The European Style chucks provide a better seal and more positive attachment to the valve stem (Coiled Air Hose, closed chuck – Part No. PA505C).

If you are running a compressor without a pressure switch, you should always use an open chuck to protect the compressor from overload and excess pressure buildup.

If your compressor system uses a pressure switch to automatically shut off the compressor, use a closed chuck. Air will not be released until attached to the valve stem.

Our 25 ft. coilhose stows easily and is long enough to reach all four tires on most vehicles. The hose comes complete with a clip-on tire chuck and quick-disconnect coupler for easy attachment to your QuickAIR compressor or remote fitting.

Note: Do not use a closed type chuck unless you have a pressure switch installed to turn off the compressor. Failure to do so will cause immediate excessive pressure buildup and may damage your compressor.

Low Pressure Gauge

This Pencil-Type Pressure Gauge has a gold anodized finish with an easy to read, 4-sided nylon indicating bar and a handy pocket clip. The gauge also has a chuck guide to assure the gauge fits squarely on the tire valve. This prevents air leakage and guarantees accurate pressure readings.
